My maple-cinnamon coffee crumb cake is a wonderful addition to your baking menu.


Try baking in a 13 by 9 for beautiful square slices to put in your clamshell containers or small 4 by 4 boxes. This cake freezes well and can be made in advance. Stays good for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
