This is a great idea. I really want to outsource but as I am just starting up, I don't have the extra income coming in to pay for someone. Any suggestions? Maybe taking out a loan? It feels a bit like a catch 22
If you are new then you may be a solopreneur for awhile and that's ok. I wouldn't get a loan for these things as you want to make sure it is what your business can afford.
Do the best you can with what you have. Start with grocery delivery as it is cheaper and then, add other services as needed.
If you find you need more time now then look into tools and systems that can help you save time without outsourcing help. ex,batch baking, create a smoother work flow
